Through encouraging environmentally friendly growth, expanding access to high-quality education, and developing our population with economic opportunities, we can lessen the socioeconomic gaps that worsen the effects of natural disasters.

Ultimately, it will need the combined efforts of the public and commercial sectors, civil society, and all Filipinos to create a resilient Philippines.
